Kurobe No.2:A truck train

To expolre Kurobe ravine, taking a truck train is the best way. The train is pretty small compared with an ordinary train because the truck train used to be used in order to carry construction materials to build hydroelectric power stations at the upper reaches of Kurobe river. Most of the cars do not have windows. So, you can directly enjoy the fresh mountain air watching the beautiful scenery. It is also a good idea to get off the train on the way and go hiking or taking a hot spring. However, make sure you have a train to return.
